Last updated: May 25, 2026

Ownership

Who owns these marks.

All three marks — Reeve Yew, AI Agency, and GenAI — are owned by Funnel Duo Media Sdn Bhd (company registration 1320543-M), the entity behind reeveyew.com and the businesses listed on the official verification page.

The ™ symbol indicates common-law trademark use in commerce. Registration with the relevant trademark offices is in progress; the ® symbol will replace ™ as each registration is granted. Common-law rights apply regardless of registration status.

Permitted

You can do this without asking.

  • Editorial, news, and commentary reference to Reeve Yew, AI Agency, or GenAI — with accurate attribution.
  • Linking to reeveyew.com or to a verified official channel listed on /official-reeve-yew-verification/.
  • Quoting publicly available content with attribution under fair-use.

Prohibited

Don't do any of this.

  • Using "Reeve Yew", "AI Agency", "GenAI", or confusingly similar variations in business names, product names, course names, social media handles, domain names, or app names without written permission.
  • Running paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) that use any of these marks in copy, creative, or targeting in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
  • Impersonating Reeve Yew or his team on any platform, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Using these marks in a way that could reasonably confuse a buyer about whether a product, service, or program is official.
  • Modifying the marks (e.g., adding suffixes, prefixes, or stylization) to suggest a sub-brand, partnership, or licensed offer that does not exist.

Violations may result in takedown requests to the relevant platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, app stores, domain registrars, payment processors) and legal action where warranted.

FAQ

Short answers to common questions.

Why ™ and not ®?

The marks are in active commercial use under common law. Formal registration is in progress; the ® symbol will replace ™ as each registration is granted. Common-law trademark rights apply regardless of registration status.

Can I mention Reeve Yew or AI Agency in my own content?

Yes — editorial mention, news, reviews, and commentary are permitted under fair-use, with accurate attribution. What is not permitted is using the marks to imply endorsement, partnership, or that your product is an official Reeve Yew offer when it is not.

I think someone is using your trademarks without permission. What do I do?

DM @reeveyew on Instagram with a link, screenshot, or description of where you saw it. The team reviews every report. If it's an impersonation account claiming to be Reeve or his team, the same channel handles takedowns — usually within 24-48 hours.

Can I get written permission to use a mark?

Licensing and partnership requests go to @reeveyew on Instagram. Note that the default answer is no — these marks are not licensed for third-party courses, agencies, products, or affiliate programs.
